I’m very fortunate to have my studio located within our beautiful home in Western Massachusetts. I try to capture the beauty of the landscapes we are surrounded by here in New England and find inspiration in the areas we visit while camping, kayaking and walking Darby in the woods.
I enjoy painting on canvas or slate, alternating between watercolor and acrylics. While still in college, I began a career in retail which left limited time to pursue my dream of painting full time, but I kept painting when I could, and where I could (there were a few questionable studio spaces, all which included a cat!) I have gifted many of my paintings to family and friends throughout the years, along with commissioned work I kept painting whenever time would allow. I've displayed my paintings at Baystate Franklin Medical Center, the Orange downtown festival and at Bate's Crafters in Orange.
Sharing my journey through this life, is my wife and partner Dianne. Together with our three daughters, three grandsons and our dog Darby, we continue to explore the beauty of our local area, seeking more inspirations to capture on canvas.
